2007 T190 lift and tilt in-op

Got codes, in order they pop up on panel:
17-07 07-21 04-21 02-16 18-06
Got icons lit on right panel:
17 ON, 23 ON, 26 ON, 28 FLASHING

About a month ago, last use, everything seemed to work fine, although the, or at least a couple of the, ICONS on the right panel were lit. Only ran it for about 30 minutes.

Last week, starts just fine, moves back and forth but no bucket action.

Raised the cab and found a piece of wiring harness, see pic, that had obviously been chewed on by a rodent. I found other rodent evidence as well.
But could not find the other end of that harness or any other obvious chewed on harness sections.

Do I have component failures (solenoids and sensors), a compromised harness somewhere I can't see, or a combination of the 2?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts and direction.

That definitely sounds and looks like a rodent has rewired your rig. I’m dealing with a similar issue myself. Normally when you get multiple codes that are not related it is a wiring issue. All of those wires to those components may be grounding out to one another or just completely chewed through.

You need to figure out what that wire goes to and where the other end is. You will need to trace along ALL of your wiring to look for chewed or rubbed through wiring and also make sure to clean and tighten all connections including any grounding points.

The 2 wire repair will be simple enough, blue and green on both ends.
The 7 wire break is a different story:
1 purple and 1 green, but also
3 blues and 2 oranges.
How do I figure out which blues and which oranges to connect together?

Crap!!! I hate electrical problems. The old machines had different colored stripes on the insulation so you could tell if two wires were the same color the stripe would be different.

The only way I could fix that would be with a wiring diagram and one of them there gadgets that you put on one end of the wire and then check the other end for continuity to see what component it goes to.

I assume that is the main harness. A new harness would probably break the bank let alone trying to get the old on out and the new one in.

By the way, try putting ammonia in some open containers and place them inside your cab and engine compartment and anywhere else the little buggers may be getting in. The rodents think it is a predators urine and stay away. At least that’s the theory. You have to freshen up the ammonia monthly.

Might try moth balls in place of ammonia. A little easier to work with but perhaps not work as well?
