I have a 2002 773 turbo with 2030 hours on it. Only leaks when it's cold. Stealership said yep need new orings and seals in your lift tilt spool valve. They replaced them in their heated shop. Ran it. No leak...I took it home put in my unheated shop and let it sit. A week later i
started it and let it warm up to change the oil, spool valve leaking again...

If the fluid is cold it will create higher pressures.

Does it still leak after the fluid is warmed up?

It just may be a matter of using thinner fluid.

No the leak stops when it warms up. I just changed fluid to oem blue for colder climates we'll see if that helps
