1999 lx 665 turbo instrument cluster help

Hello, Brand new here, tried searching and did not have much luck. I am sure this has been covered before, so if I missed it, I apologize. I recently bought a 99 lx665 turbo new holland loader and I have to replace the instrument cluster, which cannot be rebuilt. The loader is a late model and has the last version of the EIC that they made with the gold trim. it is part number 86625316. I sent it in and it cannot be rebuilt because it has been too corroded. Anybody out there know where I can get a replacement, or even a decent used one. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, sadly I have exhausted the dealer network already trying to find one, or even one that can be rebuilt. Its like a unicorn at this point which is why I tried a post here. Thanks Anyways.
