Just got lx665 running. Bought it with a bad motor. Well I got it running but when I go to lower the arms it lugs the motor down about 400 rpm. Just seeing if anyone has any ideas of where to start.

Thanks

I know nothing about that machine, maybe more explanation of the problem may help someone that does, but whenever a motor bogs down in a skid steer the first thing I think of is the governor not working properly. But this should happen when putting any load on the machine.

Sound like hyd pressure is getting deadheaded some where , take the cover between your feet off and make sure debris on the valve linkage is not causing the aux spool to move. Or make a loop hose to connect both aux couplers together if that helps it gives you somwhere to start.
