Hi all, New user here, and new owner of a dead New Holland L-35. Engine blew on previous owner and he decided to go new instead of repair, so I got a deal. Anyhow, have been trying to find how to move this from his site to mine. Don't have any manuals available to me at the time, but we've been trying to figure out how to move this machine. Has anyone else had this model before and have successfully moved it witha blow engine? What would be the best way to do this? Thanks in advance for any help!

Brute force, drag it.
When the drive motors are full of oil they pretty well lock up. Even use water on the wheels to help make it slide.

Remove the seat and look straight down at the hydro pumps and motors. Each side has a pump and motor bolted together and then bolted to the center gearbox and the chain case. In between the pump and the motor portion of this assy on each side is a cast block. Look at the front of the block and you will see a pin sticking out about a 1/2". This pin has two flat surfaces on it so you can get a wrench on it. Turn the pins 90 degrees and this will free up the hydros so the loader can be pulled. Do not pull any farther than necessary to prevent damage to the hydos.
