The TM 27 and TMD 27 4 cylinder is a popular forklift / welder engine. According to the Wiscon web site, 70 % of all parts interchange between the diesel and gas. The TM 20 and TMD 20 are just the 3 cylinder version so many parts will interchange with the 4. There was also supposed to be a TM 13 2 cylinder but I can find any info. There is a Canadian Wiscon dealer that has the part # listed, not sure if I still have the link. Something to check, some of these motors have a PCV valve ( or atleast a restriction in a vacuum line ) like a car engine. If the vacuum hose has been moved to the wrong spot or the restriction removed, oil can be drawn from the crankcase into the intake manifold. The forklift motor I have has a vented oil fill cap, a line to the air filter and a line to manifold vacuum. Somewhere in the vacuum line there has to be a PCV valve or restiction, I'll check next time out. BTW, I just bought a 1835C with a bad motor TMD 20 and am installing a TM 27 from a forklift. For the most part it should be a near bolt in.
