Hello to all ,I hope all goes well .I haven't for ages .Unsure if I have been read by anybody or maybe nobody has any feedback .I have a Bob Cat S 70 with 1700hrs.I bought it second hand .I've worked it about 10 hrs .It runs well EXCEPT ,has recently started leaking hydraulic fluid rather quickly. It seems to be coming from right rear wheel side .It starts and moves and the arms operate but it leaks out quickly .Its hard to tell where the source .Would it be a axel seal ? Or from the main pump? Any and all advice would be very welcome.Much thanks in advance

Realize it has been along while since posting.

Were you able to fix the problem?

Assuming not:
Clean machine thoroughly, that alone may enable you to see the leak.

If not add motor oil dye to the hydraulic system and after 5-15 minutes it should show right up using a black light, etc.
- will have to calculate the ratio dependent on your hydraulic capacity, mine is a 22 gallon system, so takes quite a bit to get it to show.
- IF the first thing you see is pooling, shut down as soon as you see evidence, the bigger the pool the harder it can be to pin-point IF leak is under something that does not allow visual confirmation.

Additionally, this works best if you can eliminate bright sunlight, if I cannot get mine in the shop, I throw a tarp over the work area (my NH L785 cab does not tilt, so still have plenty of workspace).
