Whining sound whenever turning. Loud. Hydraulic fluid is up to its mark. Doesn't leak anywhere! Both pumps on each side repaired 2 years ago. Horrible job taking those pumps out. How do I know if thise pumps are going bad?

I have the engine out, cleaned everything and have it ready to put back together. But, I am having a terrible time finding a full rebuild kit for it. If you know who carries the kits it would be greatly appreciated.

The easiest way to start is to spray the crap out of the swivel points on the foot pedal. Start there then if that doesn't work, take it apart. Work your way in. And spray the swivel points several times letting them soak for awhile in between.
