My 873 wont start. Not getting any fuel anywhere. My question right now is how does the fuel solenoid on off work?Does it push something over on the cam so it pumps or what? And how the heck would take it off?

Would a reman or rebuild a bf4m1011 deutz myself be better? And where would a good place to get a reman or parts and what should I expect to pay for either way?
I pulled turbo oil is coming out of exhaust manifold and looking at the engine from the back of machine the first two injectors are covered with oil. I don't know what the heck I just got alot of heartache.
