Sorry I did not see this reply. The leakdown has gotten much worse and its the tilt and lift cylinders that are leaking down. Would there be a particular order in troubleshooting here i.e. with valve to start with? Thank you and sorry for the late reply!
Sometime back I posted an issue with my bucket curl function not holding while running or parked. Hauling dirt debris it's not a big deal but running a brush hog it's a huge problem. Advice on here pointed towards leaking cylinder seals. Well I never got around to digging in but the issue is...
Still running the T250 and loving every minute of it. Been eyeing a newer machine lately as the hours on my machine are moving up there. Been leaning towards Kubota as a thought
For anyone attempting this repair there is a coupler hiding near the rear pivot point inside the arm. Had a hose made for $10 and all is well. My solution was disconnect both ends of hose, tape rope on old hose end and putt thru. Tape new hose on rope and pull the new one thru arm into place...
Hello, months back I posted my bucket would not remain level when fully loaded. It was actually noticed trying to use a brush cutter. Anyway I was never able to figure out why the bucket or curl cylinders would slowly lower with heavy weight. This spring I noticed it's not only the curl...
Looks like my T250 is aging as one of the power BoB-Tach hoses split over the weekend. Has anyone replaced the hose for that cylinder? Parts diagram shows two hoses with a splice roughly mid-section. The hose runs up inside right arm and exits in motor compartment and I did not see any...
I had an issue with aux hydraulics when I first bought mine. My issue was a faulty connector at the solenoid itself. Sourcing one was difficult so I was lucky local dealer keeps old harnesses from machines and gave me a connector. It sounds like you are actually hearing solenoid energizing...
I have a T250 that will not hold the bucket level. The heavier the weight the faster it droops. This makes using a brush hog impossible. How can I determine if this is an internally leaking cylinder or a solenoid? I really need to get this fixed. I
As stated, the buttons on the right control energize the solenoid. The right trigger on mine us currently configured to engage or disengage the flow where the paddle is momentary + -.
