Iam having problems disconnecting the wireing harness plug between cage and skidsteer , its about 2"around looks like its suppose to turn and pull apart, but i cant seem to turn it. any help? thanks

on the left where the pump is attached to the frame drive belt side, is it bolted solid or does it have rubber mounts so the pump has some movement when I tighten up the right side

I found a bolt that had been snaped off in the bottom of my 98 863 when I was cleaning out the oil and dirt under the cab I traced it to the hyd pump assy that attaches it to the frame,right side,it looks like the only one that hold that side,the hole in the frame is kind of a ovel shape looks...

I was also told after the 3rd stage of torgue to tighten head bolts 90% more and to use new head bolts, what are your thaughts on that. Larry

scott do you know what the exhaust and intake valve tappet clearance is on the deutz and head torque

the linkages are tight when you move the hand levers the ones on the pump move with no play,is there any adjustment on the actuators is that a part that wears out?

I have a 98 863 that I just bought, it seems you have to push the levers forward a few inches before it will move, the same way if you want to go backwards, both sides act the same, dont seem to be any slop in the linkage, the lift and bucket are very responsive, I have used a lot of bobcats and...

I rebuilt it myself, was not as hard as I thought, the hardest thing was the balls and spring in the end of the one spool but my dealer warned me about that.THANKS again for all your help. LARRY

3 hours later and a few words I have not used in a while its out. thank you Any idea how much it would cost to have a rebuild done on this by a bobcat dealer now that its out the spools were leaking like a sieve.

can anyone tell me the best way to remove this. it looks like I need to remove a drive motor and take it out that way. Is that correct? Do they sell rebuilt kits for them?
