Thanks. It is on an 863. It has been a winter project. We bought it last summer and the motor smoked and used oil really bad. We rebuilt the motor this winter and got it running great again.

Finally got the Grapple finished and painted the other day. Wasn't to bad once I figured out where the piviot points were supposed to be and so it functioned the right way. Haven't used it to much yet but it worked great what little I have used it. Here are some pictures-

The only thing we had to do with the hydros is we took the pump side end plate off and had to drill and tap the mount hole. In order to do that we set the hydro up on end with the pully end down and pulled the end plate off with the shaft. We never had any of the insides of the hydro out just...

ram12v we bought a 863 with the same problem that you were having. Did it fix your 864 when you overhauled it? Did you have to bore the cylinders and sleeve it or did you just hone it and put new piston and rings in it?
