    610 DRIVE BELT

The other way is just to take the 3 bolts out of the front pulley first, you have to unbolt the bracket that bolts the drive shaft together anyway to get the belt out. :-)

    610 DRIVE BELT

It's quite a while since I did it, but I think you remove the ciclip (snap ring) from the swivel, pull the swivel (chrome part with bronze seal carrier on it) and seal out and there is a bolt inside. Roger

    M610 question

Hi Perry, I had an M610 for 2 years. Mine was re-powered with an Isuzu diesel, not the petrol Wisconsin. They have a variable speed belt drive to a chain drive wet clutch system, this was reliable but expensive to overhaul if you have to replace chains and clutch plates/shafts. the chain drive...

    753 pump seal blown.....again

I don't have a manual yet, had one for the M610 but hav'nt felt up to parting with all that cash for the 753. Tazza I am assuming that the oil flows from the valve block throught the filter and cooler to the pump, or is the other way round?

    753 pump seal blown.....again

I have split the piston pump apart (pulley end) so far. The seal damage is the same as the seal that I replaced the first time, (1/8” split in the face of the seal). Not sure 2 seals would be faulty?. I will pull the other piston pump apart and see if I can locate the check valve you mentioned...

741 Bobcat Lift Cylinder Removal and Seal Replacement

Lots of good advice here already, and it sounds like you have the worst case senario. But what I do is run the machine till it is good and warm, chock the boom and then loosen the gland nut before you remove the rams from the machine..........works on a good day:-)

    753 pump seal blown.....again

Pulled the motor/pump today, there is a split in the face of the seal. looks like too much pressure to me? I have pulled the front half of the pump down, can't see anything obvious. I am assuming that any excess oil from the wheel drive pumps is scavenged by the gear pump for the hydraulics. I...

    753 pump seal blown.....again

Borrowed a gauge, charge pressure is about 80psi. I see the case drain for one wheel motor goes into the pump, would that have any effect? I will pull the motor and pump this week, but would be nice to know what is causing this. Thanks for the help. Roger

    753 pump seal blown.....again

It was the main shaft seal, how do you check the charge pressure?. Can I do that with the seal leaking?. Thanks

    Can you identify this leak?

Hi Stephen, Adjusting the clutches is no problem. Just remove the caps take out split pins and adjust so the lever has 3 to 4" travel in each direction. The rear clutch is the forward direction one. I have had the chain covers off, this is quite easy and will give you the chance to adjust the...

I have have had the clutches apart, replaced Hydraulic filter and oil, I used hydraulic oil as I got it free (great price). the machine seems to work Ok with this oil, but it is...
