No, does not pull motor down at all

My machine will not move. Loader works perfectly, but tracks will not move. I believe there must be a valve closed not allowing fluid to pass through, or some kind of solenoid or something. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I just installed a new yoke on the drive shaft on my MD70. The loader works perfectly but the tracks will not move. I thought maybe there's a valve closed or something not allowing fluid to pass through. I think this problem is what caused the yoke to break in the first place. Any suggestions on...
