    Replacing pivot pins on 853

    Also find a longer bolt and screw it in aways and you can tap on it with a hammer to get it loose. Take the grease fitting out that will release the pressure on the pin and you should be able to push the pin in. And use the longer bolt to get it back in the arm. The stock bolts are to short...

    Ok tazza got a pic not the best but should work. I pulled out both of these stems. There looks like there is a small plunger with small holes or something in the bottom cut out right red arrow. Does any thing move in the stem when its out of the control valve?

    Tazza I pulled both stems out and they were hollow as if they fit over an internal stem. Is there a rod that stays in the hole after you pull the stem out? I also noticed a set of holes in the stem at the cutaways does this move up and down inside the stem? Thanks I'll try and find a picture...

    I have a 96 763 bobcat that I cannot get the aux hydraulics to work at all. When I push the button at the top right I get 1 green light but the switches do nothing, dont drag down motor nothing.I even took off the quick disconnects and no oil at all comes out.     Also the pic is not mine, I found it in the media section so no credit to me. The pic also stated that the lines are backwards in the pic. The hose on the right is the return and the left is the out to heater inlet.

    A loop will work. Thats how I did mine and it works awesome.

    Here is my heater in the cab. Its out of a forklift, There is a nockout oblong hole that is right behind the heater that the hoses connect to. And also a shot of the hoses under the cab.

    Got a question for ya. Is the lift cylinders the same size on a bobcat 542 and a 763 the same? I have 2 seal kits for my old 542 and was going to keep them around for my 763 . Just wondering if they would work. Thanks
