Well I'm sure I got all the tools and knowledge to do it just like I said these are uncharted waters for me but the best way to learn is to do it. Would you happen to know if there are any forums on here discussing in depth the process to remove the body and all?

How hard is it to separate the chaincase from the rest of the machine. I'm not worried about doing the job I'm quite mechanical just getting into uncharted territory with this job.

Yes I did the left rear wheels has play in it and and a leak. So having found that I'm thinking it looks like new bearings and seals. I guess the bearing went bad which would explain the noise and wiped out the seal which would explain the leak. Now I just hope I can figure bout how to do all that.

Thanks for the ideas I will work on it today and see what I can figure out. I'm hoping it's nothing major so I agree I'm gonna start simple and check all that first and work my way up and hopefully I'll find it before it gets to the major things. Until then I'm always up for more ideas. Thanks

I thought about that but what doesn't make sense is that it's only when you push the left handle forward. If it's blocked up and you use the right handle it's quiet but when you engage the left side it starts to squeak

I have a 753 that has developed a squeak when driving forward but only when the left handle is engaged. I am having trouble pin pointing it. It only squeaks going forward but makes no sound when traveling in reverse. I'm puzzled so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

i went totally away from the bobcat gauges and installed some aftermarket gauges for all other than fuel level. I added an oil pressure and let me say a guage with an actual reading beats a dummy light anyday!

I think i got it figured out i worked on it for 8 hours the other day went through the whole cooling system from top to bottom i found the thermostat didnt want to open also the upper radiator hose was bad. I replaced both and tested the temperature gauge and found that it wasnt working properly...
