Well, oddly enough my new part was bad as well. The dealer put in another new temp sender and it was all set. Thanks for your suggestions. Hopefully this will help some one out in the future.

I ended up throwing in the towel on this one. I am assuming that it is wiring but i was not successful in tracking it down. The skid steer is in the shop, ill update the fourm as soon as i find out what the issue is. Thanks for all of your help!

It finally stopped raining out so i was able to do a little more troubleshooting. As soon as i disconnected the temp sender the light went out.
