    Case 40XT High Flow Overheating

Hi, First of all big thanks to the guys who helped with my Bobcat 641 problem, it turned out that there was an issue with the valve block which meant a big bill but hey ho. So, solve one problem and another arises! We have another skidsteer, a Case 40xt high flow. When we could this with a...

    Bobcat 641 with Backhoe problem

Thanks, I'll have a go at adjusting the linkage this weekend and report back. I hope the spool doesn't have to come out, it's in a very awkward place!

    Bobcat 641 with Backhoe problem

Again, thanks so much for helping. It's very much appreciated. I've done this and when moving the lever towards the detent the rod pushes into the spool valve. Moving past the detent actually seems to push the rod further into the valve, it doesn't just hold in place. I guess it points to the...

    Bobcat 641 with Backhoe problem

Okay, so more on this one! I changed the couplers at the machine rather than the attachment by way of a sanity check and now, when pushing the right hand stick towards the detent the backhoe works meaning I can use my other hand to operate the levers, great if you have three hands!. However...

    Bobcat 641 with Backhoe problem

Hi, Thanks so much for trying to help. I will try the machine without an attachment and report back as to whether the engine bogs. I have a snowplough/grader that's a two way attachment and it works fine, although it doesn't use continuos flow of course. The acter doesn't work at all when...

    Bobcat 641 aux hydraulics

Hi everyone, I've been battling with my old 641 and backhoe for weeks and am finally at a loss. I've literally tried everything including swapping hoses! If I pull the lever to the left and hold it then it works fine, if I push right past the detent into continuous flow the hoses pulse but the...

    Bobcat 641 with Backhoe problem

Hi, I have a bobcat 641 with backhoe attachment which has a problem when put into continuous flow. If I pull the aux lever to the left, the backhoe works fine, but when pushed right, past the detent into continuous flow, the backhoe doesn't work. The services that do move, do so only barely and...

    Backhoe acter slow

Thanks for the reply! The male seems to be on the top but if I've changed the acter connections wouldn't this do the same thing anyway?

    Backhoe acter slow

Hi, I have a Bobcat 641 with backhoe attachment. In Continuous Flow the services barely move, even individually. If I take the Auxiliary out of Continuous Flow and pull the lever left towards me, the acter works fine, much faster I've tried swapping the attachment hydraulics over in case they...

    641 Auxiliary Detent

Thanks you're right, there was a detent and it held. But... In that mode the acter doesn't work or if it does, it's very slow. If I pull the lever left and hold it, then the acter works perfectly but there is obviously no detent. Is it just that the acter hoses are reversed? It wouldn't surprise...

    641 Auxiliary Detent

Hi, New to the forum so please bear with me. I have an older 641 and acter that needs the auxiliary hydraulics in continuous flow. Does this model have the detent lock on the RH control stick? Any ideas where there are electronic manuals online for the 641? Many thanks in advance for the help. Tony
