Backhoe acter slow

Hi, I have a Bobcat 641 with backhoe attachment. In Continuous Flow the services barely move, even individually. If I take the Auxiliary out of Continuous Flow and pull the lever left towards me, the acter works fine, much faster I've tried swapping the attachment hydraulics over in case they were crossed but that stops the acter working at all, regardless of whether the Auxiliary Hydraulics are in Continuous Flow or Manual. Any ideas?

sounds like the machine hydraulics are backwards. the female should be on the bottom, the male on the top.

Thanks for the reply! The male seems to be on the top but if I've changed the acter connections wouldn't this do the same thing anyway?
