Took the new coupler apart and found a piece of plastic blocking the outlet. I should of taken it apart at first but didnt, I will next time. Thanks for the advice and support!

I have a S175 and the reverse speed is quite a bit faster than the foward speed. The foward speed is slower than my previous 743. The tech at the dealership said to bring it in and figured it was a two hour fix. Anyone familar with this, I looked at the adjustments but havent done anything yet...
