I had mine in a Gehl 3410, I know its not the same as what you have. I do know if you google skid steer repowering you can find a place that does a bunch of kits to almost any skid steer, if that helps any.

the brackets u made look awesome, but i do have a question, does the alt you put on a reverse spinning one? i had to mount mine so the back was towards the pump since the drive would run the wrong direction on the output side of the engine.

Welding isnt a problem, I worked for a welding and fabrication shop years ago for a while before i went into the automotive industry, I have a nice welder to build the mounts so thats not anything, just gotta get the plates and mechanisms, and thats where it starts to get to be the pricey part...

Did you go with the predator engine from HF? I put one in my 3410 and it worked out quite well, only thing I had to do was add a gm alt, otherwise it wouldnt have enough charging power to run the lights.

I agree stay as close as possible in power to what u have, if I could have gotten a diesel to fit in on a good budget i would have done it. The gas engine I put in is only 1HP less then the diesel that was in it.
