I'm pretty new to these things... when you say pin boss are you referring to the pivot pins? Other than blocking up the boom anything I need to know before taking them out. I'm thinking I'll start with the top end of the cylinder, if it looks good go to the bottom end, if its good then the pivot...

So... I broke a lift cylinder on my T770. Its been replaced but now I'm having to grease it every 2 hours to stop a creaking sound coming from the upper cylinder attaching point. I took it back to my dealer and they gave me a tube of Bobcat grease and told me to keep greasing it every 2 hours/...

So I broke down and called Skid Steer Solutions today, the salesman told me (he wouldn't lie would he?) the Eterra stump grinder would hold up to daily all day use. He did say green hard wood would not produce the big fluffy chips like you see on the videos. Good news for me is we are in pine...

I bit the bullet and ordered one today... but I would like to repair mine so I can guarantee it will never happen to me again. If someone can tell me how to post a picture I'll be glad too

I've bought a t770 for mulching but until I get busy with mulching I'll do most anything to make money with it. These stump augers look interesting but lots of thing on YouTube are not quite as good as they seem. The Fecon seems the obvious winner but is 20k. I've seen a few just under 5k but...

He is one of those guys that seems to make money so easy doing a lot of different things so yes it was easier for him to spend money than me! However, in his defense he did try fixing his Cat with the same problem , twice. I spent a good part of my afternoon beating it with an 8 lbs sledge only...
