No reduction box, the motors are direct to the sprockets. I'm losing bout gallon per hour, maybe more.

I've replaced one drive motor and rebuilt other and am still losing hydraulic fluid into the case, I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

Does the return go through the filter first?

No seal between chaincase, just on the shaft of the motor. I wonder if I'm not getting enough return out of the line?

Changed out a drive motor for a new one on one side and resealed the other side, all was good till it got warm out and now it's filling chaincase again. Any ideas?

I did mine on my 631, should be similar. I bought the seal kits from LPS in Elkhart and it is common mine did the same thing.

Took apart my valve on my 631 and noticed it was missing a .083 orifice in the tilt valve. The manual calls for one, how critical is it?

It's an older 631, I'm not cheap by no means just can't justify $130 for a handful of orings. Thanks for the replies.

Anyone getting the seals for the hydraulic valve elsewhere other than Bobcat Parts? Bobcat wants $130 for the kit.

I have an older 631 w/aux hydraulics but my couplers are really beat up, I found a set on Toplinemachinery.com for under $20 shipped, I don't know if they will work though. 1/2 NPT thread? Older ball style.

It's got low hours around 700. Pretty clean unit, bald tires though.

I have the same machine and found it to be tight when I had motor out. My problem is that my chaincase fills up with oil and I have to top off reservoir constantly, which seal would cause this?

That's what it was, what can I use to replace it?
