631 Hydraulic control valve rebuild

Took apart my valve on my 631 and noticed it was missing a .083 orifice in the tilt valve. The manual calls for one, how critical is it?

I think they are restricted on the dump side so it will not slam down when tilting with a heavy bucketful.
