    Quick attach plates

Good idea! I have several ponds and hadn't thought about using the box blade for that. I actually have 2 donor box blades so I may just end up ordering 3 mounts - one to push with, one I can pull with plus one for the dozer blade. What thickness did you end up with, is it the full coverage type...

    Quick attach plates

I have a T-250 and want to adapt a 3 point 6ft box blade and also a 7ft dozer blade made from an old road grader blade and oil well casing. Both tools will only be welded up in a fixed position with no tilt or angling involved and will be used on the farm for moderate/light duty to make some new...

    Mystery drip

Noticed a pool of an orange colored, non-oily liquid on the barn floor on my T-250 this morning. Has dripped enough to leave a small crater in the dirt floor in the past 3 days since I've used the machine last. I assume it is anti-freeze but everything in the engine compartment is dry -...

    Brush cutter questions

On a hot (90°) day my T250 std flow hydraulic oil temp is around 153° when clearing/moving trees with a hydraulic powered tree saw and about the same when just using a root rake w/double grapples when cleaning up and stacking logs.

Any other Marshall tree saw owners?

Actually, very low maintenance. Only has 3 zerk fittings to grease and it utilizes used motor oil for chain lubrication. Blade is 3/8 thick and does its' work by slow brute force cutting rather than by speed. Blade is intended for below grade cuts so sharpening really isn't needed, either. Fuel...

Any other Marshall tree saw owners?

I bought a 12" Marshall tree saw last December that I use on my T-250 and have put close to 120 hours on it clearing hardwoods, autumn olive , a few junipers on overgrown fence rows and also for out right reclaiming larger tracts of ground that we pastured 30 years ago. I really don't have any...

    Hello from ag-T250

The machine has only been to the dealer one time since I've owned it. Other than an idler (RF) , an original 10 year old hydraulic hose and a fuel pickup the machine has been pretty much trouble free. I do the preventive maintenance thing pretty much by the book. I was thinking about the hand...

    Hello from ag-T250

Would like to introduce myself. Live in Southern Illinois and have owned a 2800 hour standard flow T-250 with for almost 7 years now that replaced a Cat 416 backhoe. I generally have a root rake with grapples on it that is used for clearing brush and loading logs. I bought a Marshall tree saw...
