    Using aw46 in S175?

Agree but if many makers like jd suggest oil based on climate then mixing shouldn’t really matter and the blend may have slightly reduced or increased viscosity, so the real question is if bobcats have any specific designed parts that can’t work with aw46. Given that temp has as much of a...

    Using aw46 in S175?

I may not fully understand, I thought aw32 versus 46 at its core is about viscosity, that’s why Deere makes a 32 and a 46 hyguard and they can be swapped based on operating climate. In PacNW wouldn’t I always want aw46, and since it’s lower viscosity wouldn’t any system designed for aw32 work...

    Using aw46 in S175?

Thanks, I found a bunch of info on using oil like this but not mixing. The machine gets light use so I’ll just top off for now. Appreciate it.

    Using aw46 in S175?

Hi, I have an S175 that I purchased about a year ago for use around my property, the unit had been serviced 100 hours prior so I have not done any fluid changes yet. I do however need to top up the hydraulic fluid as there is a leak in my log splitter and I am not sure what fluid they used but...

    Clearing snow on a hill?

Yeah a snowplow was my first thought but it will also destroy my landscape on the sides which is one reason I like the brush. Really good to know about the chains, I can't see it being good to the driveway. Given that my concern is not deep snow I'm wondering if those sock things for tires...

    Clearing snow on a hill?

Thanks everyone! Sounds like snow tires might be my best option, I worry the chains would tear up my asphalt as the bobcat is heavier with a smaller contact patch than a car? Amy recommended brands of snow tires? Key issue is traction on ice and post broomed surfaces versus traction in deep...

    Clearing snow on a hill?

What snow tires did you get? Thoughts on the power broom over a plow? I have a little yard max power broom and it works very well, but with two small wheels it can’t handle the hill.

    Clearing snow on a hill?

Hi, I have a bobcat s175 (wheeled) and am hoping to start using it to clear snow. I live on a fairly steep asphalt driveway and was thinking about getting an angle power broom as we get a lot of wet snow here in the PacNW. Does anyone have any experience with a bobcat and angle power broom...
