We recently bought a T870 in the UK. We thought that Bobcat was an international machine of good repute, but have found the machine nothing but trouble. The glass door smashed 4 times , bobcat refused to replace it. We had to work in very dusty conditions: BAD! The track motor went US. BOBCAT dealer had no spare, BOBCAT had no spare anywhere in the world. It took nearly three months for them to obtain a new track motor. Surprise, surprise the motor was made in Scotland but the manufacturer refused to supply us and sent it to the US only for it to take ages for it to come back to the UK. We wondered if any other users have had similar problems. We see that some suppliers in the US sell replacements which they guarantee not to smash. Presumably it is a weak point. Ours was a brand new machine. We cannot afford this sort of performance as we are contractors with a time problem. Can anybody help, the manufactures rep is no use to us. Jack Caley
