I am wondering as I am new to skid steer and of course I purchased a 4-1 bucket not really knowing if I can even run it now I don't have any books that came with this machine but I was wondering if I could run a 4-1 bucket or a bush hog that is low flow

a 4 in 1 should be ok,as far as the mower goes look at the net to find out what the gpm of the hydro pump is of the machine and buy a mower that uses less than the max gpm and make sure you do not buy a cutter that needs a return line as your machine does not look like it has that port.

Thank you I need something less than 15 gpm but I can't figure out how to work the bucket so it will open

I assume that there is two cylinders ,one on each end of the bucket. and that each hose is tee in it ? It might be a good idea if you take the bucket off and get a picture of the back so we can see what is going on. make sure that the hoses are not flipped between the ports on the cylinders. that would make it dead head and not function.
