Friday night (of course) The 864 died, after sputtering a couple times.

no fuel to injectors, but plenty in filter. (both sides in and out) pumping bulb works fine.

Solenoid?, saftey cut out switch?
Any way to override?

No alarms, no codes BICS (not the 'deluxe' inst panel). no overheat, 1/4 tank fuel.

It's sitting in the middle of a field, and I have a crawler rented for the weekend, and need this thing too
Weather changing, this could be bad,,,

Hope it is not a timing Belt !!! it only has 650 hrs on it

yes, I checked the relays and fuses too.
I would ask you if it shut down all at once if so I would think the run /kill soilnoid or wiring or did it sputter and spit to a stop if so I would think the fuel pickup tube or the fuel gauge could be malfunctioning , are you sure you got fuel in it

Does it run if you squeeze the primer bulb and get someone to crank the engine?
Are you sure your are getting fuel when you pump the primer?
I'd check the stop solenoid too, make sure it gets pulled back when you crank and holds there when you stop cranking. It should release when you turn the key off.
Just a few things to check.
