Just replaced the lift actuator on my 763 G after replacing the tilt actuator 6 mos ago, I recalibrated and started using it and it throws a ACS with 3 beeps and locks the sticks. The reason I relaced the lift actuator was I got the ACS beeps and locked the lift, not both... Could it be the controller?? Any ideas are appreciated.. Doug

COULD BE THE CONTROLLER, BUT PROBABLY THE HARNESS, DID YOU HAVE FOOT AND HAND CONTROLS? IF SO, CHECK THE HARNESS DOWN BY THE FOOT CONTROLS, THAT'S VERY COMMON AREA TO HAVE THE PROBLEMS. ALSO, DID YOU NOTICE THAT THE NEW ACTUATORS HAVE A YELLOW STICKER ON THEM STATING THAT YOUR COMPUTOR MUST BE UPDATED FOR USE WITH THESE NEWER ACTUATORS. YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR MACHINE IN AND HAVE THE PROGRAM UPDATED AND THEY ALSO WILL CALIBRATE THE ACTUATORS WITH A SIMPLE PUSH OF THE BUTTON.

I checked my codes and it's giving me a 32-65 in the book it's sensor supply voltage our of range, im thinking it's a connector issue. I calibrated it when i installed them. Or at least it gives me the correct response. I haven't tried the foot controls since i replace the last actuator. The guys at bobcat offered to update the CPU for free, i probably should go in an do it. Thanks for the response Doug

OK, The harness is not that big, check by the acs controller, where the harness comes close to the steering arms, rubs through right there, also check by your pedals, you can remove the 2 covers and inspect the harness there, also check where the wires exit the handles. One more place to check is right by the actuaters, the harness sometimes rubs through on the control valve. I have replaced many of these harnesses. you can get a wiring diagram from bobcat, I can't remember the color you need to follow, I think purple, remeber sensor voltage is only 8 volts, never use a power probe on a bobcat, you can damage the computers.
