Help! Downgrade lockout!

I just got a 2006 bobcat s185 on Saturday and was playing around in the menu and hit down grade like an idiot. I called my local "dealer" but they said they can't get a master code for it...... can anyone here point me in the right direction or give me a number to an actual dealer that can help me? Thank you in advance.

all dealers have a master code for all machines, done it 3 times in the past however owners can change the master code, something I never would do but if its been changed not sure how you get over it, what has been lost in the downgrade? I know on our CNC machine it had lots of extras, when we updated the program it lost all of them, as they were extras the previous owner installed and paid for they would not upgrade the machine without paying for them.

bobcat passwords

I have a bobcat that a former employee set the password on and I cant get it to start without it does anyone know any thing about how to get past it or how to find out what it is. The people at bobcat just say to bring it in but its out in the woods and I cant get to it with a truck or wrecker...

our service department are decent and will give me passwords but I have dealt with them some 40 years, having a new machine they would ask many questions but will help, main thing you can give them the serial number, model and a proof you actually own the machine, failing that a service call may be your only option
