Can anyone give me some advice on an issue I'm having with my attachment levers being stuck open? It looks like the left lever (looking from inside the cab) is catching on a spring-loaded hex-headed pin (not sure about my terminology). The arms start to lock but get caught up halfway through the process. I've never dealt with this issue before so I'd like to get some thoughts on possible solutions before attempting repairs on my own. Forgot to get a picture of it today, but will have one tomorrow for further clarification.
Thanks

I created pics at: http://www.bobcatforum.com/DesktopDefault.aspx?tabid=52&gallerypage=0&path=Bobtach%20Levers%20Stuck
Thanks
Your Bob-Tach pin isn't bent is it ?? If you dismount your bucket a lot, this area takes a beating. Make sure the pin isn't bent, or that there isn't something lodged in there. Depending on your usage, I'd be thinking about a pin kit

Geoffrey,
My Power Bobtach pins were getting difficult to open and close and seemed to hang up about midway. The grease lubricating the pins was collecting dirt and creating drag. I pressure washed them as best I could, then sprayed penetrating oil from the top while operating them. This really freed them up. If they are really bad, see if you can remove the pin and really clean it up. In the future, you might want to work the levers when greasing them to allow the new grease to displace any dirt and grime.

Sorry, I misread your first post and overlooked the pictures. It's late, my mind wasn't thinking straight. Your problem is something totally different. My machine is about 400 miles away, so I can't look at it to help troubleshoot. Hope you get it figured out soon because I know what a pain in the neck troublesome pin/handles can be.
