1 it was about 17 degrees 2 when it did it the first time i was on low fuel and had the front up so I thought it might have sucked air in the line so i bled it and went through a half of tank of fuel before it did it again (walmart wasnt happy) 3 I bled it again error code again then just started it back up and did a pep boys lot and a bb&t bank lot then it shut down and I chained it to a lite post then went homeIf that code is correct, you will need another fuel shut off solenoid. There are two coils inside, a pull and hold. The pull is hugh power to get the plunger to pull in, the hold holds it in place.
Look on the right side of the engine, there will be a round solenoid with three wires hanging off it.
This is assuming its not a wiring problem.
There are no senders to detect air in the system. It does however detect if there is a short or open circuit in the solenoid.1 it was about 17 degrees 2 when it did it the first time i was on low fuel and had the front up so I thought it might have sucked air in the line so i bled it and went through a half of tank of fuel before it did it again (walmart wasnt happy) 3 I bled it again error code again then just started it back up and did a pep boys lot and a bb&t bank lot then it shut down and I chained it to a lite post then went home
Before you change out the solenoid, look in the fuse panel...Behind the 2 bolt cover located behind your legs when in the seat......Maybe one of the relays came loose or a fuse blew. There are no senders to detect air in the system. If your machine is not direct injection, you can pull and tie the stop lever back to allow it to run. It will however not shut down with the key, you'll need to cut the tie or wire to shut it down. Its a way to get out of trouble if needed.
