2007 S250 won't start

Hi all,
After fixing the tilt and lift valve problem my Bobcat wont start. It will crank but it wont start. I checked the fuel lines and there's fuel all the way up to the filter, I want to check at the injectors if there's fuel coming out if I unscrew it. Other thing I realized is that it cranks but not smoothly like it used to, I put in a new battery and it stays the same. Other thing I realized is that the cables going to the starter gets very hot, so hot that the silicone red cap covering nut on the starter starts to smelt.
I have only have this machine 6 months and alot of problems are starting to act up.

Have you checked for codes , could be a run kill solinoid , a fuse or a relay , the relays have a tendency to wiggle loose out of the holder

check for any harness connections that may have been undone during your previous repair.

I don't see no smoke while cranking, no error codes is being thrown up, still checking the cables and connection. I'm leaning towards a faulty ground connection, cause the + wire to the starter gets way too hot to be normal during cranking.

Does the starter on a BC work the same as on a car? The reason I'm asking is cause it seems that the starter is stucked out and touching the flywheel constantly. Is this normal? Another question would be what is the easiest way of removing the starter? I loosened the 3 bolts from the starter to the outer casing (bellhousing?), but the starter wont even move a bit. I already tried tapping it with a rubber hammer but to no avail, maybe cause it's stuck to the flywheel it won't come loose?

If you have removed the 3 bolts you may need to hit it harder. From memory thats all that holds it there.
If you get no smoke i'd suspect your fuel shut down solenoid, should be connected under the injector pump that pulls a lever back when power is applied.

If it's my fuel shut down solenoid, when it thrown up an error code in the display? Cause I'm not getting any error codes.

Not if its stuck, it won't know. When you crank see if it gets pulled back, if it does the solenoid is working correctly.

Problem solved, it was a faulty starter. The starter was shortening out inside causing the wire to heat and not having the power to turn the flywheel. Replaced the starter and now it starts easily and working good. Thanks you all.
