I have 05 s185. I bougght it, and it had no back up alarm.... so I bought one at my local dealer, replaced all is good. Now the day after, the a/c does not work, nor does the wipers, and of course the alarm does not work either. I checked the fuses, all seems fine. One note tho, the wiring harness had three connections, and only two places to plug into, and suggestion the third? Paul

I know you re-checked your fuses, but I would check them again. Check your "Alt and Kits" fuse. Unplug your new B/U alarm harness, replace that fuse and see if your A/C comes back.
Old school Bobcats-the reverse alarm switches closed the ground circuit, but the newer ones are hot at the switches-make sure you're not shorting a live wire with your installation at the switches.
Re-check your installation instructions for proper plug-in. It's pretty straight forward, but there is a LOT of spaghetti in there.
The extra plug I believe is for your horn-with factory installed reverse alarm there is a horn on the front of the machine, operated by the right handle trigger.
You harness should plug into one two-wire, orange and black for power, a double orange from the switches, and I think a double with only one wire that goes back and plugs into your main harness. The main harness then has a plug in the back for the alarm. That's by memory, but it's something like that.
Good Luck.

I would take the panel holding the a/c switch out and check the switch and wiring harness plug going to it out for being burned and melted , seen quite afew lately melting down and blow the fuse

There's a goofy 5 amp fuse in the panel that should be replaced with a 10 amp, I had the same problem when I bought my T190, and after that the back up alarm developed a frayed wire and shorted out and killed the accessories circut.

Ron-
Are you serious or just clownin'?
Are you getting a comission from CAT for every Bobcat Controller you burn up? You tore up your T190 with your "skills" and talk smack about Bobcats every chance you get. Now you're trying to get someone else to burn up his.
I guess every BB has it's trolls.
The 5A fuse protects the computer and has nothing to do with the A/C or
B/U alarm circuits.

I think the third connection is the ground, my Cat has two wires into the beeper and a third one inside the engine compartment near the jumper terminal. I remember trying to rig up a plug on my beeper and I screwed up and blew out the fuse.

Bobcat may have changed their fuse set up, because I remember a separate fuse for the computer, and a 5 amp for the accesories.
