The machine works great when able to, EXCEPT the seat bar system is INCREDIBLY sensitive & will sometimes try to throw me out of the machine if I hit the smallest of bumps, to the point my 'ole belly gets a beating. I mean the machine will just stop HARD AF when that light goes out & I have to usually slam the bar down to jostle whatever to make it work again. I tried a new sensor & all related parts & it still does the same exact thing. Any help you guys can give me would be awesome. I'm leaning towards a broken wire of connection, as bobcat has already replaced the computer & seat bar sensor before I bought it. Again, any help would be awesome & greatly appreciated.

I’m hoping TAZZA is still around this sight & will chime in.

Wiring and connections is a good start for investigating esp if machine stored outside….rain eventually gets into stuff. Mine had a slightly twisted seat bar which I recently removed and straightened.

I will check those things out. It’d help to know where these three wires go to in order to ohm them out / load test each wire. I’ll also drag test each of the three of the wiring terminals. This machine works really well when operational. Just this one issue is driving me nuts.
