T250 Bucket curl is drifting

I have a T250 that will not hold the bucket level. The heavier the weight the faster it droops. This makes using a brush hog impossible. How can I determine if this is an internally leaking cylinder or a solenoid? I really need to get this fixed. I

First guess would be a bad tilt cylinder piston seal. If the tilt creeps down fast when the machine is turned off, then it is most likely the seal.

Cylinder seals leaking?

Nothing is leaking externally.
I guess I can pull the cylinder and start there since it's obviously the easiest place to start.
