Hello, This little hose or what you call it came out underneath my foot rests when I tried to remove dirt and debris.

What is it for?

Windshield washer fluid hose. The end elbow is what goes into the grommet that goes through the door.

Looks like you are missing several parts for the windshield washer.

Aha thank you! I found two of these pieces underneath the foot stands and it got me confused but now when you pointed that out its kinda obvious
