Hi all???????? Having some drive issues on a skid steer that I don't own but borrowed so I need to maintain ha joy stick is just wining to the point it wil stall and or moving hydraulic level seems fine been searching for a bit thought hopefully it's somthing stupid wines and sounds horrible if I put a little pressure on it to drive Cheers brad

Looking a bit further thinking it steering cut out for the joy stick steering and finding the controller with led light on it the only light on is the seatbelt but it looks it be buy passes but earthing out is there any other lock outs that can be bypassed so I can move it to a shop to work on Also hearing more and more of the real story a couple of hoses have been remade but to a smaller size then original everything was working fine could Chang in line pressure cause the lock out ? Will be putting back to standard wen hoses can be saused Cheers

I assume your park brake switches are in the green unlock position? If the hyd system is low on oil it will not engage the charge pressure safety switch. There are sensors on the seat bar as well as the seat. The controllers on these loaders are know to fail also

Sounds just like the issue I was having with my 2042 Mustang. I bought a new control module. The ones that they installed from the factory we're junk. The new ones have led lights to show what is and isn't active. I swapped the old one for the new one and have had zero issues since. Expensive to buy, but to remove the headache it is worth the money (mine was a shade over $280 after tax). Hope this helps.
