Fuel cutoff solenoid is quitting on you. Works fine for a bit gets warm cuts out the fuel and the machine shutdown. It's right on the front top of the timing cover. Change it out careful not to drop the cop inside the timing cover.
sorry I'm late to the party the click click is the fuel rack traveling back and forth from no fuel to the full fuel or start position there is a solenoid beside your rad hose that leaves the top of the timing cover this solenoid is the click click you hear before the engine cranks on these...
Trust your skill set. Think through the problem. The solution is almost always there it's just often times a process of elimination. Nice work. Kudos to you.
We clean then out dry them with compressed air and run them. Check for leaks. I know it's primitive but it really is the best. Check you hyd oil level before starting this process.
"What the guy above me said" ^^^^^^First thing first. Get it out of the hole and to a safe working area. Inspect for oil leaks. If there is oil everywhere. Shut'er down and find the leak. You can raise the cab with the arms down you will need to raise the cab about 2" and put something in there...
The three pin connector is used on the remote start box in order to control the throttle while the cab is up. If one of these locations gets wet it could cause the plug to short. If you start your machine and the hand throttle is not at "0" or the low idle position the ecu receives a signal...
I just figured it would stay a little more limited audience wise with a copy and paste address bar rather than be able to search for it. Never made a youtube video before and I was nervous as all hell.
I posted a video for the "Won't throttle up in the rain" thread feel free to watch and lambaste me for stammering, being young, looking like a moron ect. I have big shoulders I can take the abuse lol.
Well winter is coming here in Canada and I was considering making a little youtube video on how to warm up your "D series" machine quicker and safer than just high idle. Wondering if there was any interest. Let me know. I'm no computer wizard so please be patient.
I can't speak for all brands but John Deere skidsteers should be operated with the hand throttle at 1/3 to 1/2 minimum. Why the heck would I do that?!?!? Well one of the reasons is that many of them now come with a foot throttle in the unit and many operators use this in the way they would a...
I know I have been very busy at work and my iphone crapped out last week. My kid in the hospital trumped your throttle problem. Hang in there I do what I say I will do.
Ok here goes, this may sound a little off but I have thought long and hard about this. I was speaking with a co-worker about this today and we both agreed. Having both only seen this one time before I thought saying this fix may totally discredit me but...... Your fuel tank has a pick up tube in...
