This is embarrasing,,, but I can't find it. Looked all around engine compartment, around cab and seat. Just don't see the darned thing. I want to check fuse for traction lock. So far I have swaped relays no go. Parking brake plug was allready disconnected. I assume you dont have to jumper plug. I removed traction lock to be able to move machine. Solenoid metered .3 and 10.2 so that should be ok. Was thinking of a way to bench test solenoid. Any ideas there? Also thought I should check alternator output. I don't think it was the fuse because it was a sporadic problem, but now traction lock won't unlock at all. I got some good ideas from you guys here and downloaded parts of the manual from Old Machinist I appreciate the help.

The 1999 and up G series have them under a tin cover behind the operators calves of his legs.
The older C and F series have them along the side of the engine compartment above the battery

Thanks Ken- Serial # 512727686 tells me it is older then a G. There is nothing behind legs in cab. I looked above battery where the relays are. I didn't use a light but I didn't see anything that looked like an easy to get at fuse block. But, then again, maybe I expect to much by it being easy. I will look again.
Open the engine door. . . Look towards the engine. . . Towards the bottom right of the engine compartment you may see two small black boxes covered with a couple of metal spring clips. Move the clips to the side and the black plastic covers will pull off. There will be a total of 8 fuses. Starting from the left and working down . . . Fuse 1 BICS , Fuse 2 BOSS , Fuse 3 LIGHT , Fuse 4 ACCESSORY , From the right and working down . . . Fuse 5 ENGINE , Fuse 6 PWM , Fuse 7 BRAKE , Fuse 8 ACCESSORY ,
