if you are gonna test the battery voltage off , you might as well test it running to 13.5 to 14.5 is normal

if you in doubt about the condition of the battery because of age put it in another machine and see if it cranks ok , if you do not have a battery load tester that is. check your manual for fuse and relay locations and check cable ends at battery and grounding to machine.

With the ignition off how many volt's should my s220 bobcat have ?
A healthy fully charged batter should be 12.9 to 13.1 volts at rest.
75% is 12.6-12.9. 50% is 12.4-12.6. 25 % battery is 12.2-12.4.
12 volts on a 12V battery is way low.
