V1902 torque specs

Hi A friend of mine had to replace a cracked head on a 92 Thomas skid steer with a V1902 Kubota engine. He has all the torque specs except for the rocker shaft studs/nuts. I checked my Bobcat manual for my 753 with a V2203 Kubota and it didnt list the rocker shaft torque either. Any ideas? Thanks
