Using a 811 backhoe on K Series loaders?

Has anyone thought about how to modify a 811 backhoe to work on a S300? I have been working on some ideas in my head but I am just way to busy with work and young kids at home to design and fabricate something. I was just wondering if anyone out there has been thinking about this or heck maybe you already solved the problem.
Also I would still keep the backhoe stock to run on my 963 as well.

The stabilizer brackets for the S300 are mounted in the middle of the machine. Where they are on the outside of the lift arms on the 963. I don't have a K Series machine to look at, but it may be hard to keep the backhoe where it will fit both machines. I think one with the brackets for the S300 is the 8811 model backhoe.
