I have a JD 125 that goes forward and backwards good, but when I turn left or right, only the wheels on the left turn, while the wheels on the right are stationary, with a pretty loud hydraulic whine. The fluid level is good. Does anybody have any ideas where to start?? Thanks, Jeff, Cleburne Tx.

Can you try driving up to a tree or other non movable object. Push up against it and see if you can get your wheels to spin. Both sides should be able to dig holes. If your pumps and motors are in good condition you should be left with 4 holes in the dirt.
If you just get noise when trying to get one side to spin, you may have bad seals in the drive motor for that side, pump or motor damage, hopefully just seals. I had a machine that was like that, one side was fine, the other had no power, the seals were in little pieces. $11 worth of O rings and its 100% now!
