TR310 Alternator Issues

Recently replaced alternator on 2019 TR310. Would never keep up completely with charging the battery. Since then I have used the machine 10-15 hours and suddenly the same issue has came up again. Usually happens when A/C is turned on but not this time. Anybody have any suggestions?

you need to see if there is a drain in the electrical system , you can try by disconnecting the + battery cable ,put a amp meter between the battery and the positive cable ,there should only be milliamps draw normally. If no drain reconnect battery and start machine and measure voltage on battery it should be around 14 volts if less than 13 replace alt. again. that is if the battery load test are passing.

Also check the amperage output of the alternator with an amp clamp vs what the alternator is rated for

Not familiar with that machine, but nobody mentioned the voltage regulator. If the alternator does not have an integrated / built-in voltage regulator, the regulator could be bad and have the same symptoms.
