Running a 1999ish TL-26 unit. After about 30 or 40 minutes, it takes a dump....sluggish, no power, stalls, acts as if fuel system isn't primed... Sometimes it will come back and run at full power, sometimes it has to sit for a bit... Gauges do not work - both temp and fuel gauge just climb to peak once key is on... So I can't really tell if its getting too hot or if its a fuel problem. Anyone run into this? Also - the gauges - what causes them to just bury to full peak when key is on? I tried checking the obvious but couldn't find anything Thanks

Ir does sound like a fuel issue, ensure the pickup tube is clear in the fuel tank and that the filter is good.
Even a non venting fuel cap can cause this issue.
