T740 - Won't Turn On

I have a 2020 Bobcat T740 located in a remote island in Alaska... the tracks locked up randomly going down a gravel road. We tried to reset it by unhooking the battery and hooking it back up. Currently we can't get it to power on at all. Ideally, I would take necessary parts to repair it (I'm assuming its an electrical/wiring issue). Short of that, I need to be able to release the track to drag it onto a landing craft to be shipped back to town. Any assistance is appreciated!

I believe this unit has the battery under the cab if so check the main power buss bar. Mud gets packed around it and rusts up pretty quickly. If your sitting in the machine it would be right under your feet under the cab
