T590 Slow to No Hydraulics

Hello and thanks for listening/answering. I have a 2016 T590 with 1800 hrs. I sent it to Bobcat after purchasing it (Used) to have them look it over and make sure everything was good to go. Last week I topped off the Hydraulic fluid (to about 90%) the next day the I went out to move some gravel, the engine and throttle work perfect but I loose hydraulic function in higher throttle. It will snail around and lift (not much) but once I turn the throttle up the hydraulics stop responding. I drained the fluid and replaced both filters and the problem is still there. The belt is in almost new condition. Im at a loss and looking for any thoughts before I have bobcat look at it. No error Codes, Thank you in advance!

Sounds to me like the belt is slipping.
Check to make sure it's tight.

I did take the cover off to check the belt and make sure everything was moving but I will make sure the tensioner has the right torque and confirm that. I'll keep ya posted, I hope that's it! I appreciate your response
