I'm having a problem with my 13 t590. Changed fluid and filters fan always runs medium speed disconnect the coil no difference in speed turns on the warning in the cab when disconnected it has 9.5 volts when I checked it while running at 185deg. Pulled the coil and valve out cleaned moves smoothly with spring back to closed bench tested with 12v battery get a crisp clack noise but the valve doesn't move at all but still moves normally with a screw driver and has the same spring tension to close when I remove the screw driver. Not sure if that's the way it supposed to be?
